  3. You must enter the sales that make up the balance of your linked receivables

  5. account.  Historical sales are those that occurred prior to setting up the
  6.  
  7. Sales & Receivables command center.

  11. Historical Sale are entered in Receivable Opening Balances in Set Up M.Y.O.B.

  15. Enter the customer, sales #, date, memo and amount of the sale.  Click Record.,

  17. Continue to add all your historical sales.  Make sure you assign them to the 
  18.  
  19. correct customer.

  23. ÀáNote:Àá  When you record an historical sale, both a debit and a credit for the sale 
  24.  
  25. amount are posted to the linked receivables account.  The balance of the 
  26.  
  27. receivables account does not change.
